Design Dock
The team had plenty of ideas but no prioritization framework. As a result, resources were scattered, features were being revisited multiple times, and progress felt slow. Without clear criteria for decision-making, the roadmap kept changing, causing confusion and misalignment.
I conducted stakeholder interviews, analyzed user needs, and mapped opportunities against impact and effort. This produced a set of design principles and decision filters that teams could apply consistently. A focused 3-month roadmap was also created, outlining key milestones, responsibilities, and success metrics.
The new framework reduced uncertainty and improved execution speed. Teams now share a common understanding of priorities and know how to evaluate new ideas without disrupting the roadmap. Design Dock gained direction, alignment, and the ability to move faster with confidence.
